Bump Day - 6 months

The questions and answers about my companion and are: Él es de Puyo Equador. He´ll turn a year old when I turn 6 months. He has taught me a lot. We are in Barrio (ward) progreso, estaca (state) Neuquen Oeste. About 80 went to the open chapel, and we personally did not receive referrals, not yet any way. A lot of less actives went.

Wow, it is my bump day this week, or what you may call it. But I can guarantee that I am the most surprised of all (maybe there are others more surprised). I though that it was funny that someone asked you, if I was still in the MTC.

One thing I've learned is to be calm. Because I've learned and still learning is we don't have to be perfect, or understand todo (everything) to be great tool in the hands of the Lord. We need to strengthen ourselves constantly in the Lord, growing and having love and charity always, and always praying for those. and having your heart open in prayer always. ( I hope my wording makes sense, so basically pray, and you don't have to be perfect.)

Right now our main investigators are Miguel, Elias, and José. I can explain more about them later.
Wow Collin is a priesthood holder, a Deacon wow. Collin remember the responsibility it is, and the blessing you can receive.

I am glad all is well con the babies and Teresa.  I´ve prayed ever night the past week for Ellos (them) and for your test thingy.  I'm glad you passed.  Sounds like they are coming to Gma´s y Gpa´s.
I enjoy the work here, the members are awesome. We have lunches with them basically everyday. and people who want to help us teach. There was a baptism of another companionship. That was a very powerful service.

Thanks for telling me whats up with you and everything. I enjoy reading these mucho.

Con muchisimo Amor
love Elder Bransen Gene Jensen.

PS your quote "I'm not a redneck, I'm a pink neck" is form Ashley, and I remember that. Your quote is:´´OK things are getting a little bit wandom right now.´´

Pss I really enjoy grape fresh form the vine here, son ricos.

Capilla Abierta

Capilla Abierta (Open Chapel)

Open Chapel - Elders Elder Velsteguí & Jensen

I´m always grateful for your thoughts and inspiration. I hope can always give some back and inspiration.
Some info about my companion. He is form Ecuador, Su nobre es Elder Velsteguí. He likes to work. Does not speak English, accept some words or phrases. That's OK because I can speak Spanish, I'm pretty sure I'm speaking more fluently. It is neat, he likes to say prayers in English, and studies English during language study. We get along alright.!
I like my area. All areas are walking areas. Ward is really good. I will drink more water but I do drink a lot. and I love teaching and want to continue to get better.

To let you know, don't send packages to me. There are problems with shipping. And don't have anyone else send me them. But I am sure letters are fine.

Thanks for sending the comments from the kids tell them ´´hi´´ hola´´son hijos y hija de Dios´´ and tell Collin that ¨I don't have anything to say, accept to play with rattle snakes, because I had a dream that he played with one and got bit, and faliz cumple años´´ .
Sounds like your date was fun. That would of been neat to see those, especially that it was a spiritual experience.
We had something call capilla abierta (open chapel). We had stands of the organizations of the church, statue of Christ, tour of the church with stands of are beliefs and my compañro and I were in charge of the baptismo font. We dressed up in white. It was a really cool and spiritual experience. We also had food, it was great. After it was over the missionaries got cookies and brownies made by Hermana Emkey ,and ice cream bought by Elder Emkey (they are the senior couple, and they are awesome)
By the way I started reading ´´Jesus the Christ´´ today.WOW. It is awesome, and hard to understand the wording.
Oh and I realised that my 6-mouth mark is in a 11 days about.
I love you and God loves you.
love Elder Bransen Gene (jr) Jensen.
PS your quote "it's hard work to be mom's favorite" is form Ash, or Coll. Your quote for the week is´´ isn´t tuesday thursday.´´ I think you might have already used it.

I'm staying in Neuquen Oeste

Elders Stoker & Jensen

Wow. Sounds like you had a lot go wrong, but you were able to see the bigger picture.  Good thing that the things that did not work were temporal things.

Transfers. Elder Stoker is going to Rincon de los sauces, and I´m staying. My new companion will be Elder Velsteguí.

This week we were tracking and we met a man who has this religion, where this (false) prophet in the 70s, claim to have the spirit of Elijah. A reincarnation of Elijah. Pretty convincing huh, I almost joined. HAHA.

This week I´ve been sick.  I had to stay in 2 days. I'm better right now. Don´t worry call the mission nurse. Anyway that´s the crazy thing of the week.

Les Amo muchisimo Dios les Ama mas que yo.

love Elder Bransen Gene Jensen.

Ps. your quote is form Ashley I think. Your quote for the week is: "Hey collin want to play with my darbies.´´

Profound dreams

Thanks for all your updates and letters. Thanks for your spiritual thoughts. It is cool that there is so much talk about the missionary work and temple work. In reality it has always been a topic, but now it´s more in focus, porque el fin se acerca ( the end is near) (it is a favorito hinmo de mio).

This week we had lunch with sister in the ward and my companion said to the hermana (sister): Ask where he (me) is from.. She asked and I said Utah, US. My companion: ask what city... she asked... I answered: Herriman. Then she was like:¨´Oh I know Herriman, tengo una amiga de aca.. I was quite surprised. We talked about that, she showed me a photo, and told me the last name was Graves. But I did not recognize the photo.

The members and investigators here have profound dreams. I think it is because many are from the tribe of Manasa. As I understand the majority of people here are form Manasa, and the people from that tribe have dreams. We are teaching a man who last name is Deij. He is pretty awesome. We gave the family a Libro De Mormon, when we first met them. Then a week later we went to his house to teach him. While there he told us he has been reading some it and this is before we actually talked and had a lesson. He told us that it is true. He has profound dreams and that he thinks God is preparing him for something. (I wonder what it could be!) That first lesson was a lot about his dreams, and little about the restoration but that´t OK, Unfortunately it hard to to catch him home.

Transfers are this week, already.

well I´m out of time It wish I could tell you another story.

God loves you, I love you.

Love Elder Bransen Gene Jensen

ps.your quote "I can't believe he put his farm on the same shelf as Jesus" is from mom. sorry I can't think of a quote right now.
