Visit to Epuyen

Epuyen

Wow your trip sounds excellent, sports, games, hiking, and exploring that my kind of fun. And throw karate in there as well.  I hope Collin gets a fish and not fished haha.

Well I am super excited for Conference.  wooohoo

Quick update. We went to a town for first time, maybe the first missionaries,  called Epuyen. It was nice.  It is smaller than El Hoyo. Not too much success but they nicely received us so that is good.  I will definitely serve more, even though there is not a lot of people out and about.

We have an new investigator that lives close by. The bishop referred us to her.  It went super well. I am glad the bishop reach out to her,  He is a mailman so that's how he knew her.
I let you know more.

Thanks for everything.  Have fun.  Love You.

Smiling is great

Area we are just walking around to find houses

Thanks for the letter.  Smiling is great, and effective.  T
hanks for everything and for your support. Talking about planting seeds. We were visiting a sister in El Bolson.  She is very wise and smart.  She thinks about things that normal people would not think of.  I was grateful that we could visit her.  She said "you guys carry the spirit even though you don't know. When you are walking down the streets, is like when someone waters down the dirt road, so its cool, fresh, and keeps the dust down. You'll walk, and it will stir people, and they will think, and wonder, and some others will see a harvest." That gave me desires to try even more and be effective as I can to move the work along.  In reality the only thing I really care about is getting to the celestial kingdom with my family, and other love ones, and few souls that I may had helped.

Thanks for the love and support. You are truly great.  God loves you
Have a great week.

Live life to the fullest

P-day at Corbata Blanca

Happy birthday Ashley.  You're growing up, but you will always be my little sister. whahahahahha.

So I really like the insights on life callings.  I feel like that has kind of been my theme this week. I've been studying and focusing on having faith. I like this talk by Gene Cook BYU speech. It is really good, you should you look it up.  It is very applicable to me. I like it.  Live life to the fullest.

El Hoyo is alright.  I sincerely feel that there are people waiting to receive the Gospel. I have faith that we with God can make people recognize that. I believe it has potential and it is really pretty, even more than San Martin. I took some pics.

thanks for everything, I love being a missionary. I love this work. it going to be something great.  I mean it.

love you

ps your quote "I don't want to go to Africa.  I don't want to eat cat heads" is from, Em.   your quote is `` I got a john Deere letter``

More about El Hoyo

Alright so I'll tell you some things about El Hoyo.  It is a small town.  I am the 5th missionary here. My comp says that the other missionaries have already contacted all the doors in town so I guess we're recontacting.  We found 2 investigators.  I met our other investigators finally.  It is the capital of fina furtas,or raspberry and blackberry.  There are members that live next to and harvest the fruit, so they tell us to take advantage of it. This kind a fruit is expensive in Argentina. Sometimes we go looking for houses that are far off, and it is kind of fun.  It is just us 2 in El Hoyo.  When I said fire I meant fire on the mountain, but it was put out yesterday.

My comp Elder Jensen, is from West Valley.  He wrestled and he is a good comp. He has a little more time in the mission than I.

I like the tree trimming analogy and the Mormon message.  It is true I really need to trust the Lord.

Something  I found interesting in the Book of Mormon about Alma, Ammon, and other great prophet missionaries who did much.  As you read you find that their intentions were that the Lord might make them a tool to save some soul or few.  It shows their humble attitude.
love you all God love you more

Your quote "don't say alcohol, drink root beer" is from Collin, I don't remember last weeks quote

Emergency transfer to El Hoyo

I hope mom gets better.  I know that there is power in the priesthood blessing. I am sure it will all work out.

I like your story of the missionaries in our ward. It was a similar thing that happened to us and Sabastian. I hope to increase my faith in order to help more people.  This is the grand work of the Lord.  Just remember there are two word that always open doors. "push" and "pull" haha.

Sounds fun your skiing trip.

Well here is some new news.  I got an emergency transfer to El Hoyo (the hole), it is close to the Bolson and I am with Elder`Jensen, yay wierd. The 2nd day after transfers I get transferred. It was hard for me to leave Allen, but the Lord needs me here for something. It is pretty nice here.  We don't know why but there have been fires here in the last few days. I am excited to be here.  We do a lot walking, it is neat though.

Thanks for the support and love you give.

love you all very much. God loves more

Ps:  that quote does not sound a bit familiar but I guess it is from mom or Em. ??  Your quote this week is "It will all be worth is you'll see"  buena suerte.
