See you Wednesday

I got a little time to write in the mission office.

Thanks for the news. It is sad to loose G-pa Gene.  I am grateful for the chance to go to his funeral, and pray.

I am really good emotionally.  I feel peaceful now about going home.  I had my interview with president today.  He encouraged me a lot.  I feel optimist about the future.  He gave good advice and gave me a lot of assurance.

Love you.  See you soon.  Thanks for all you do,

love

Don't cry for me Argentina

Well I hope you had a great week.  I hope your next one is too,

You're right, it is kind of weird to have one Sunday left.  I am grateful for the week I have to serve as a missionary.  It is good to be here.

Well this might be the last letter.  I'll be in Neuquen so probably a short one.  I am excited to see you guys.

I will pray for Grandpa. Love that man

Well Maria is great but just needs to come to church. so ya

We had a great noche de Barrio, (ward home eveing)   This week should be great.  We are going to do a lot a service this week. I hope to get some really prepared to teach before I leave.

I found some inpiration in Alma 17:9.    I realized the great need we have of the Lord.  I  love him and I hope to serve Him.   I will need His help.

see you in a week.
love Elder Bransen Jensen.

I love being a missionary

What up Family dear.  Sounds like you have had fun.

I hope G-pa Gene gets better. I am praying for him.

I hope Collin has fun at camp. I hope it's a good experience for him.

This week was a pretty good week, We found Maria, whose husband died a year ago.  We shared the Plan of Salvation, mainly truth of the spirit world and purpose of life.  She cried, and said thanks for bringing news about her husband.  She is a good lady. We are going to visit her today. She also accepted a baptismal date, but will have to move it.  We also found many other potentials.

Can't wait to just converse with you.
I truly want to have the best time, do my best, be my best. I know the Lord will help me.
I want to fight like a boxer in the last 2 min. or sprint at the end of the race. or a karate student fighter for his black belt.

I am happy and I have intentions to be a missionary after the mission, to read and study and receive revelation, and work on my weaknesses.

I love the mission. Better said is that I love being a missionary and disciple of My Lord Savior Jesus Christ and son of my beloved Father In Heaven, I love Him and the Son He sent.

Love you thanks for everything.

Love your son Elder Bransen Jensen.

Desire to finish like a grande finale

Wow Draper Days, how cool.   I miss that, but that's alright. Thanks for the update.
Em should have some fun at Bear Lake.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try to plant as many seeds as I can.

This week we started teaching the Poblete family. We have gone over for their son because he is a newly baptized member and has not come in a long time. This week we want to invite his parents to be baptized.  We had a great visit we them.  They have had contact with the church (mainly the missionaries and members as well) for some time. They are very supportive of their son going to church. They want to take the step of baptism but they not married.  He has to get his divorce form legalized, but it costs about 40,000 or 60,000 peso or 4- 6,000 dollars. Which is funny because Argentina does not have very many legal requirements or illegal stuff. But to get divorced is costly.

We put a baptismal date with Luas, a chico we have been teaching for awhile, who has been in contact with the missionaries for some time.

I like being bold in our teaching.  It helps, We are being real focused in inviting everyone to be baptized and go to church.  I like this new focus.  It helps me be more focused and brave. It is inspiring.

I desire to finish with everything I have, like the final explosion, grand finale, and to leave many with a lot more of Jesus Christ in their lives.

Love you. have great semana.   Love you so much God loves you more.

Love Elder Bransen Gene Jensen.

New Mission President

We met the new mission president. He is super cool, and has a unique spirit, and lots a faith, and friendliness and trust towards the missionaries. I'm kind of jealous for the missionaries that have lots of time left.  It was good to meet him anyways.  He kind of reminds me of a cartoon,  like the genie on Aladdin.

Friday we a FHE and it went great. We played jeopardy and I was the host. The members got pretty competitive.   It is kind of funny what the final jeopardy question was, "what are the names of those dear missionaries before you"  By this time we had taken off our name tags without them knowing.  I was actually impressed that some even knew first names or the first letter of the first name.

Saturday we watched Meet to Mormons in the church.  It was a big missionary effort, and we invited a ton.  We should have new people to teach today.

Right now we are teaching no one but we have some references to visit today.  We are teaching every now and then a chico whose parents don't want to give consent yet.

well see you later. love you guys a lot.
love Elder Bransen Jensen.

ps your quote "I don't care if my future husband is good looking as long as he is smart, intelligent, nice, and has lots of money and lets me have lots of fountains in my backyard." must be from Ashley. I don't know who else would say that. the week´s quote

Happy 4th of July

Well some things that happened.  The 4th we had to stay inside for the Argentina Chile game. So we stayed with the other Elders and we hanged out.  It was nice.  We then sang the national anthem.

We found Luis the drunk guy again. It seems that there are more encounters with him and the sister missionaries than with us. We went to his house which had 3 more friends like him there. Kind of fun, funny and frustrating to teach.  They are kind of like little kids.  I can tell you more about it. latter.

Sunday was pretty depressing day. Nothing happened. I felt sad after contacting this person that rejected us.  There was something I was supposed to have said,  but I know now.

I love the mission. I hope and know I can have the best time now in my mission.

We are going to meet the new president this week, I am kind of excited.

So that's all.

Thanks for your prayers and fasting.

love you

Noche de Barrio

Well, our President is leaving this week. and they will be speaking the  12 of July 10124 South 1300 West SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095. 9:00am if you like to go and listen and meet them. That would be cool.

So the focus of from the brethren is sacrament reverence?  That is great.  I've learned a lot about the sacrament in the mission.

Well this week we had some success with the noche de Barrio, or the FHE with the ward.  Quite a few came and we made homemade ice cream in bags. We're going to do it every week.

Our investigators disappeared, so we are praying for new ones. I fasted and had the impression to contact a street we have not really contacted. So I will tell you how it goes.
.
Love you very much.
love your son Elder Bransen Jensen.

I love this ward

Happy fathers  day dad.   Love you.  Thanks for all you do.

Well family another great week has past.  I hope that my last two months be the  best.  I am going to miss the mission a lot.  I think I need to take a step back, absorb  what I can, love everything, and work my hardest best self.  My goal is to finish this transfer with being able to do all  I can.  I am grateful for what has been and what is, and what will be in the mission.  I know God wants me here. Thanks for your prayers. that means a lot.

I love this ward.  I feel really close to some members. We are working a lot more with them.

It is pretty cold. There´s ice on the ground in the mornings.

There was a less active young man that came to church yesterday, he is a super good person.

That's cool that Collin is at Gpas.

This week I feel like studying the fast and about the spirit.

There will be a lot a missionaries in the airport when I come home.

I love you sooo much, God loves you more.
love Elder Bransen Jensen.

ps you quote "I didn't realize that Grandpa swore so much" is from Collin (I pull a few conclusions).  I actually was talking about this with my missionary friend waiting for the computer.

I don't want the mission to end

Interviews with Mission President

It's cool that Em is home and that Collin in going to work at Grandpas.  It will be super good for him.

This week is going to be great, and we a had a great week last week.  The last transfers started.  I am so excited to work so hard. It is going to be for 8 weeks.  I don't want the mission to end but I am grateful for the little time I have.
Last week we went to find a reference that we got a few week ago.  To make the long story short, we visited her and she is a less active and wants to return, and her to kids accepted to be baptized.  Well no one came to church, so we will have to move the dates. That's ok for now.  Graciela it really great. She´ll be a great member missionary, en serio. The only challenge is she has is to quit smoking, and go to church.

I am excited.

oh we had transfers and Elder Salgado left this morning.

love you and  keep learning

Privilege to teach the gospel

Your trip sounded awesome. That's cool that 3 of the kids are out of state or country.

A deep scripture study sounds great.  Here is another scripture for Ashley's deep thinking. I believe that it is 2 Nephi 24 or close verse 12 or close. He says you are engraved in the palms of His hands. I know it better in Spanish. Look it up.

Well I have great news.  God has blessed us with the privilege to teach Graciela the Gospel. She is the most prepared I have seen in my whole mission.  We visited her Thursday or Friday, and visited her Sunday night.  She said that she wanted to go to church but got the our appointment and church hours confused. We talked to her about the restoration and invited her to pray.  She said that she had already been praying from the last visit to know if this was the church she needs to join. She read the whole folleto and we are passing by to give her a Book of Mormon.  She has pretty strong personality and is set on finding and sticking to the true Church.

It is interesting that right before our visit with her,  that we came from a visit where we were almost begging and testifying and dropping the hammer, if I might say, just for our contact to read the BOM, and still understood not, and does not want to pray about it, and is still ok with her Biblia.

God loves you

Love Elder Bransen  Jensen.

Thanks for the birthday wishes

Service Project

I must tell you of a miracle, an interesting story. There was a drunk guy, Luis, that we met two days ago. He contacted us and told us his story.  Yesterday at 6 we went to open the church for some youth choir practice. He happened to show up ( now realizing  he was brought by the hand of the Lord).  He was still drunk but he had blood on his face and hand and back. It looked like he was cut, knifed in the face and hand.  We guided him to the side of the church without touching him. We made him clean his hand and we called an ambulance.  They convinced him to go with them the hospital.  Anyways he is different for the other ´´drunks´´ I have know.  He seems more humble.  I believe he wants our help. I truly have faith that he´ll change even get baptized. We´ll see.

thanks for your birthday wishes..

thanks for all the updates.

It sad that Tom Perry died but he will be happy.

I have felt the desire to baptize a family. I am going work hard for it, and do what good I can do.  I want to work so hard for the last few months like crazy.

Keep walking

We had interviews yesterday. When I was with Sis Lovell, she told a story where these men needed to know what to do and had to keep walking down a path so they would get reception on their radios. We sometime we need to walk, then will receive and know.

Pres told me to not worry, just keep going, praying, reading, helping others, and get a calling, and it will work out, referring to after the mission, and to keep diligent and working hard, and enjoy.  Those interviews put me at ease and gave me animo.

We had stake conference Sunday and Saturday. I saw some old friends or ward member form San Martín. That was nice.

I want to Thank to Lord for helping me so much, I feel like he is helping me even now currently.

There is so much I wish I could tell but there is not enough time.

We got another companion Elder Coyle form California.  We're in a trio. They are good workers and  good missionaries.

btw this may be my last area unless something really weird happens.

love Elder Bransen Jensen.

have a fun happy week and spiritual.

Transfer to Cultra Co.

That is cool  that Wyatt is leaving for his mission, crazy.  He will be great. He is one that is prepared.

We almost watched the Elder Bednar Devotional but wasn't able to.  I love reading or listening to the words of the prophets, talks from conference or from wherever.

Now where do I start.  We watched the Dedication of the temple of Cordoba, all 3 sessions at the church.  It was super great.  Pres Uctdorf, and Elder Christofferson were there.  Elder Uctdorf made an example of his translater and the Holy Spirit, and the Spirit speaks to our soul in a way.

I been transferred to Cultra co.  and the Hoyo has been shut down, Kind of sad.
My comp is Elder Salgado, he is from Coraba, Argentina, and has 3 months in the mission.  I am district leader here,  I am kind of nervous, and I'm not totally sure what I am doing, but I trust the Lord, that it will be fine.  We had the first district meeting today, it was alright, thanks to God.  This will surely be my last area.  When I heard the transfer call I got excited, and felt a cheerfulness, as I heard it.  I am excited,

Nice talking to you

So it was nice talking even though it was hard to hear each other, and we did not know what to talk about.

Luke 6:11 is a joke.   El hoyo, our area, means the hole. replace blind man with Jensen it is funnier in Spanish.

Crazy the last time talking. Sorry i was kind of out it.

Have a nice week,

Finding sheep

This week was pretty good.  We went to Bariloche for stake conference so ya cool. Elder Chiepe  spoke.

We were contacting and then some sheep woke up and came over and we petted it.

Skype at  1-3 your time, Sunday.  I will make sure.

I was thinking, and accepting the fact that I don't have much time left, so I want to be the best I can, and take advantaged of this great mission experience. I really want to be a bold, faster missionary, and  be the Lord's representative, and to say and do what He would do. Love and emanate the spirit through words and to plant some killer seeds, water, harvest, reactivate.  I also thought that what we may accomplish, is another accomplishment of the Lord. Even if it be school, mission, work, or our being. I don't know what to say, or do, to change a situation, but if it does and words come and action, it must be from God.

Thanks for everything.  You're great.  I hope that these next months are great ones.

love your Elder Bransen Jensen.

ps, I think your quote is Em talking to Dad.

pss.  By the way when I was writing this, I had to use the bathroom, bad, so I am grateful for bathrooms.

psss go to Lucas 6:11 replace blind man with Jensen, remember that my comp is E Jensen too. and remember the meaning of the name of are area. El Hoyo. it is kind of  funny.

Volcano Days

The Elder Jensens (from mission blog)

So about the volcano.  We have been pretty untouched except the huge lava glop that that ate me - jk.  We had some thick smoke the first day. We stayed in for two half days. Today there has been a little.

I liked your thought of sharing with the Spirit and not the necessarily the word.

I'll be home the weds after the 11th of August.   I don't have that info yet.

The camping trip will be fun.

This week, not much happened.  We have some references to visits.  I hope that goes well. Pray that it will be a solid investigator.

Love you so much.  I love your spiritual experiences.  I keep some very good spiritual thoughts in my spiritual journal. I'll think of something real cool, if I can.

Thanks for being my family

I improvised

That's crazy how it snowed so much then melted.

We had Zone conference yesterday with president.  It was very good, probably the best one.
After lunch, while president was talking, the zone leaders ask if I could do a musical number after he got done.  I said it might be better for someone else, but I was willing. So I improvised, having faith that the Lord would help. Good thing I had a improvised hymn made up, even though I did not practice it in a long time. So if it went well I´d give credit to the Lord.

One thought from the conference, was how we should write down, talk about, and pray for the things we want to happen, or want to have.

Thanks for you thought on and the  Atonement. It is very true.  I 've learned and experience the power of the atonement. It is something close to my heart..

My release date is the 11th of Aug. 2015.  I wanted to extend but I feel like I should not.

Well have a great week, I will share many things with you guys later.

Faith works

Sunset

I hope you receive rain.  We received rain yesterday, a lot, and we missed our bus so we were getting wet.  We decided to use bit a faith to see if someone would take us to El Hoyo because the next bus would be in a hour or a lot more. We called our member from the Hoyo to see if she would come, but was not able. In 20 minutes someone stopped and it was a member. It worked out, faith worked, and the Lord did it.

Super Congratulations to Wyatt on his mission call, one of my best friends. So sweet. I miss Nate too. Say hi back. I miss the fun stuff.  Thanks for the up date.

Our trip to Epuyen was by bus, 45 o more bus ride, it is more spread out, and less people.

We downloaded the priesthood session.  I really loved Pres Ering´s talk as it sums up my mission, or the theme of it. It was really good reading the words.  My comp and I have really noticed this lately like what we said was good, but what we could have said... There is more in the future to say about this.  I feel like it really applies to me.

I may have forgotten to tell you, that Elder Gallagos sent me a letter, telling me that one of the investigators that we started with, in Villa Ceferino, Pablo, was baptized in Feb, and that he wants to serve a mission. For this cause I am very happy when i think of it.

Well that's all I have to say, I am really grateful for Email. Fast free communication.

love you much, God loves you more.

Love Elder Bransen Jensen

Happy Easter and Conference

P-day at Cascada Escondida (hidden waterfall)

Well sounds like your trip was great and conference. I really liked Elder Christofferson´s talk and those who followed him.  I like Oak´s and Holland´s examples.   Bednar´s and others were pretty deep, so I'll need study more in depth. It was kind of different with not many talks from President Monson.

To answer your questions about El Hoyo. Basically our boundaries are what we can see... and more.  There was bikes before i got here but they broke.

Longer story made short. We called our member in the area to see if we could meet with her and her husband.  We went and it happened to be the same day she invited her friends. That was the 2nd party of hers that we have been to, so they know us pretty well.  The argument of religion came up, especially with one of them.  But we shared the new Easter message, and that calmed things down. Then I testified of prayer.   During conference it came to me, through the messages, of what things I could say, or questions to ask. I love the feeling of the preparation of the Gospel.

Sorry to hear about your cousin Larry.

My comp is the same. We just had transfers.

Visit to Epuyen

Epuyen

Wow your trip sounds excellent, sports, games, hiking, and exploring that my kind of fun. And throw karate in there as well.  I hope Collin gets a fish and not fished haha.

Well I am super excited for Conference.  wooohoo

Quick update. We went to a town for first time, maybe the first missionaries,  called Epuyen. It was nice.  It is smaller than El Hoyo. Not too much success but they nicely received us so that is good.  I will definitely serve more, even though there is not a lot of people out and about.

We have an new investigator that lives close by. The bishop referred us to her.  It went super well. I am glad the bishop reach out to her,  He is a mailman so that's how he knew her.
I let you know more.

Thanks for everything.  Have fun.  Love You.

Smiling is great

Area we are just walking around to find houses

Thanks for the letter.  Smiling is great, and effective.  T
hanks for everything and for your support. Talking about planting seeds. We were visiting a sister in El Bolson.  She is very wise and smart.  She thinks about things that normal people would not think of.  I was grateful that we could visit her.  She said "you guys carry the spirit even though you don't know. When you are walking down the streets, is like when someone waters down the dirt road, so its cool, fresh, and keeps the dust down. You'll walk, and it will stir people, and they will think, and wonder, and some others will see a harvest." That gave me desires to try even more and be effective as I can to move the work along.  In reality the only thing I really care about is getting to the celestial kingdom with my family, and other love ones, and few souls that I may had helped.

Thanks for the love and support. You are truly great.  God loves you
Have a great week.

Live life to the fullest

P-day at Corbata Blanca

Happy birthday Ashley.  You're growing up, but you will always be my little sister. whahahahahha.

So I really like the insights on life callings.  I feel like that has kind of been my theme this week. I've been studying and focusing on having faith. I like this talk by Gene Cook BYU speech. It is really good, you should you look it up.  It is very applicable to me. I like it.  Live life to the fullest.

El Hoyo is alright.  I sincerely feel that there are people waiting to receive the Gospel. I have faith that we with God can make people recognize that. I believe it has potential and it is really pretty, even more than San Martin. I took some pics.

thanks for everything, I love being a missionary. I love this work. it going to be something great.  I mean it.

love you

More about El Hoyo

Alright so I'll tell you some things about El Hoyo.  It is a small town.  I am the 5th missionary here. My comp says that the other missionaries have already contacted all the doors in town so I guess we're recontacting.  We found 2 investigators.  I met our other investigators finally.  It is the capital of fina furtas,or raspberry and blackberry.  There are members that live next to and harvest the fruit, so they tell us to take advantage of it. This kind a fruit is expensive in Argentina. Sometimes we go looking for houses that are far off, and it is kind of fun.  It is just us 2 in El Hoyo.  When I said fire I meant fire on the mountain, but it was put out yesterday.

My comp Elder Jensen, is from West Valley.  He wrestled and he is a good comp. He has a little more time in the mission than I.

I like the tree trimming analogy and the Mormon message.  It is true I really need to trust the Lord.

Something  I found interesting in the Book of Mormon about Alma, Ammon, and other great prophet missionaries who did much.  As you read you find that their intentions were that the Lord might make them a tool to save some soul or few.  It shows their humble attitude.
love you all God love you more

Emergency transfer to El Hoyo

I hope mom gets better.  I know that there is power in the priesthood blessing. I am sure it will all work out.

I like your story of the missionaries in our ward. It was a similar thing that happened to us and Sabastian. I hope to increase my faith in order to help more people.  This is the grand work of the Lord.  Just remember there are two word that always open doors. "push" and "pull" haha.

Sounds fun your skiing trip.

Well here is some new news.  I got an emergency transfer to El Hoyo (the hole), it is close to the Bolson and I am with Elder`Jensen, yay wierd. The 2nd day after transfers I get transferred. It was hard for me to leave Allen, but the Lord needs me here for something. It is pretty nice here.  We don't know why but there have been fires here in the last few days. I am excited to be here.  We do a lot walking, it is neat though.

Thanks for the support and love you give.

love you all very much. God loves more

I love the work of love and salvation

You guys are great. (would you consider the word guys slang,? )

I have no idea how I popped my knee.  All I did was step backward and PoP. It hurt bad and felt disgusting.  Right now I can almost walk up stairs.  I walk a good pace, and I can bend all the way now. whoohoo.  the nurse told me to take IB for the swelling and to ice and band it.  An investigator gave me sport cream to relax the muscle and that has helped a lot.

So the area is pretty great. We have an investigator named Ariel. His wife is a member but is out of town, He recently moved there, He already has gone to church 3 times (enough to be baptized.).  He is super chill and capo and sincere. He just needs to get a testimony and listen to all the charla. It's been pretty hard to visit him. Time goes by fast.

Silvana did not get baptized, but will. We talked it over and realized that it's better that she waits and gets more prepared, she still smokes a little, We must remember that baptism it not a right, it is a privilege. She is going to get surgery and is going be on bed rest for at least 15 days. Beside all that, she is really golden.

We visited a new person yesterday named Sabatian.  He told us about problems that he has and had. We mainly talked about the atonement, scriptures, testimonies, and suggestions. It was a spiritual lesson, One of the most spiritual experiences that I've experienced in my mission.  Today he told his member neighbor friend that he liked the visit and feels good.

I love the work of love and salvation. Heavenly Father and Jesus do so much for us. I love them as well the espirtu Santo.

love you all thanks for todo.

love Elder Bransen Jensen.

Well guess what family. It could not write for 2 days because the cyber was closed in the morning for the carnival.

Transfers are next week. I believe Elder Graves will stay.   I cant believe a year and a half soon. It made me sad to think that. It feels weird.  All the sister that came with me will be home in a week.

Not to freak you out. Well I'm ok now, but p day I popped my knee socket out and in. It is fine now. The mission nurse says to put ice and take ibprofen and band it up.

Happy birthday to Collin

I am glad to hear that you went mountain biking.

There is huge possibility that Silvana gets baptized this Saturday!! She just needs to change the day of her surgery to Monday.   So let us pray that it will function out.

we found new investigators on divisions yesterday.  I had a feeling that we needed to look for a contact. long story short. We knocked on a gate, and we introduced ourselves. They ask us to pass. We got to know them and they  are very religious advents, they are a very nice recently married old couple.

Les amo. confíen en Dios, y crean en los buenos cosa que vendrán.

We have good investigators

This week we talked with Juan. He is super prepared in many ways. We shared the plan of Salvation with him. He really liked it and said it answered some of his questions. He wanted to know if there was a hell or not. There are many questions, beliefs and things that he said, that shows that he is prepared. He talks a lot. We had a little chat for 3 hours no mas. We are going to visit him Sat. Also there are many signs that he has charity. The only concern we have is that he goes to another church, but is wants the truth.

Keep praying for Silvana, and her kids, who want to be baptized too. She just needs to quit smoking. She is great, she has a testimony and everything.

Carlos, the gray, is still weird and does not want us to visit him, but came to church. I am sure he feels the spirit.  We'll see. He is nice.

The mission life is good. It is a good place to be a missionary. It is frustrating and rewarding. Look on the bright side, we have good investigators.

thanks  love you all

Your quote is form the Hobbit.  Mine for you is ``don't feed wild horses burritos``

Remember to remember God

I have something weird to tell you. Carlos our wizard came to church yesterday even though this week we tried going to his house 2 times, but he acted as if he wanted nothing to do with us and then told us to come another day, but then showed up at sacrament meeting. If you are not fast enough he will leave church without saying bye.  If he did not smoke, he would be baptized by now. Anyway I am thrilled that he comes to church.  I am sure it is a blessing for him.

This week there was man who called us over so we could share a ´´word´´ with him, and his wife. We shared the restoration. Probably not what he expected, but it is the best ´´palabra´´ we had.  They seem like promising people.  We found an old investigator, who almost read the The Book of Mormon. and believes it is true.   And there was another guy we found from looking for another house. He seem prepared.  The only problem is he could talk and talk, and we might not get a turn. jaja  What can you do? jjaja We are going to think of some strategies, like watching videos.

Congrats to EM for her YW medallion. yaay and her car.

Thank you for your prayers and love, and for who you are.
Always  remember to remember God.

love you God loves you more

PS.your quote "No, I'm happy, I'm just mad" must be from Emalie or mom,   Your is. ´´you are one pathetic loser, no offence... none taken´´

We are teaching a wizard

Thanks for writing me.

That is neat the Jamison is back and Alyssa is leaving. que tal. I send my hi back to Jet Johnson and all them, I love our ward.

I will tell you a little about Allen. It is a nicer looking city. Weekends people gather to the center and the parks. In general, in Argentina, mainly Neuquen and here, there are street performers, that juggle to get some money. Allen´s fruit would be the pear. There´re orchards of apple and pear all around. It is a common job to work in them.

The ward is small. but progressing.  There is an investigator, who is a great man, I am not sure how to describe him.  We did not visit him this week but still came to church, and likes our visits.  I don't think he understands anything, and my comp and I think he is a wizard. He could be Gandolf, Yoda, Qui Gon, a pirate, and.. yay.  Before I got here my comp and other missionary asked him what is Faith.  He said the birds, the grass, the wind.  We are going to work with him.  I believe he may have a sincere desire to be baptized, and do what's right.  I heard he has a interesting story.

your quote "you have rat hands" is from Collin, yours is´´let´s do all the things you what to do.´´

We must love

Bueno,  My comp is form Murray, UT.and has 20 months in the mission.and he has big family.  Funny thing is that we get distracted easily, because of our personalities (goofiness).  I don't know why we got put together, jaja.. We work well together and we will build strong unity, I hope. I think we are going to help each other a lot.

The area is good. There are good members and a investigator, Silvana. She just needs to stop smoking to be baptized. We fasted for her Sunday.

I have been a little sick with stuffy nose, and sore throat. I'm a lot better today, but a little sick still.

Thanks for your thoughts on listening and loving. I need to focus on that.

Thanks for your prayers I feel them, I am grateful for them.

I am grateful for the mission, even though it is hard.

Sorry I don't have much to write.

Thanks for everything,

Elder Bransen Jensen

Changes and more changes

Yesterday (Monday) was transfers. Here is a funny story.  Saturday they told me that I was going to be transferred to Cultral Co, with Elder Mark. I was excited.  Monday I almost got on the bus late, but barely made it thanks to God, and help of missionaries...2 hours later, I arrive, but no one is in the terminal for a time, then they showed up and ask me who is my comp. I said Elder Mark. They stood surprised and asked "Did they not tell you about the changes?.." What changes? I asked... I went to call the Assistant to the President... then he calls, and then told me you should be in Allen, your comp is not Elder Mark.. ¿¿?? -  So they bought a ticket and I returned to Neuquen, 2 hours later, I still didn't know who is going to be my comp. Then in the terminal my new comp Elder Graves found me, and yay.  But there is a divine part to this story.  On my return to Neuquen, my seat was right next to an investigator from San Martín who was going to Plotier, who is not baptized yet. So we talked and she wanted to read a folleto of the Plan of  Salvacion. So who knows, God has plans.
So I am here in Allen (pronounced "ashen") with Elder Graves who is from Merry.

Some changes in the mission is that that we only have 2 key indicators. Baptism. and church attendance.

Super congrats to Nat and Joe. I have more people to meet when I get home. que tal.

Good job Mom, and the missionary moms on your talks. Even if we are prepare, we still may feel unprepared.

I'm closer to end, but still have plenty of time. I want to take advantage of it.  I have faith that it will happen. It is weird, like Nate said, I see the light at the end, but I can't slow time and it is going to end. I have no power

Love you for your love your stories and spiritual thoughts.
love you son bro cousin. nephew. etc.
Elder Bransen Gene Jensen.

PS your quote "that is so racist, oh never mind I was thinking way too deep" must be from Em, it sounds like her.  Your quote is. '' when I am bigger when I get angry I am going punch a pillow, and not my kids and wife.´´

A fun New Years Day

New Years Day Activity

New Years was fun.  We could sleep in, since it was another p-day. We had P-day in the church in Limai.  We ate sausage, played soccer, basketball, and had water fight.  I got a little sunburn, but I am better now I put on some aloevera.

Sounds like you had a good staycation. How fun that you could watch the Hobbit.

Thanks for praying for our investigators, and also please pray for the health of my companion. He gets sick a lot due to the heat. We want to work a lot more.

We were guided to a contact the other day. We arrived  just after they did, with their new-born baby. They said it was a blessing that we came. They were receptive, and we shared a little of the plan of salvation with them.  We left them for another day so they could enjoy their newborn.  They want us to come back.

We working with many to read the Book of Mormon this year.

Pray for Luis Reyes, and Pablo.

love you all so very much.
Love your son, bro, cousin. or even teddybear. Elder Bransen Jensen.
